● After 15 calendar days, a flat fee of €20 per slip will be charged.
● After 30 calendar days, a fee of €5 per day per batch will be charged.
● We are not authorized to handle your shipments and accept no liability for delivery or shipping.

● Pickup:
Lots must be picked up BY APPOINTMENT at: 27, Rue du Maréchal Lefebvre - 67100 Strasbourg, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and 2 p.m.–6 p.m.
● Appointments must be expressly confirmed by email at strasbourg@alexandrelandre.com with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sold lots are stored free of charge for a period of 15 calendar days following the sale.
After 15 calendar days, a flat fee of €20 per lot will be charged.
After 30 calendar days, a fee of €5 per day per lot will be charged.
● No lots will be released until full and actual payment of the invoice, and, if applicable, storage fees, has been made.
⚠ You must present a valid form of identification to collect your lots.
● For any pickup by a trusted representative, you must provide a power of attorney, as well as the purchaser’s ID.
