You must present a valid form of identification to claim your items.
● For any pickup by a trusted representative, you must provide a power of attorney and the purchaser’s ID.
● After 15 calendar days, a flat fee of 20€ per lot will be charged.
● After 30 calendar days, a fee of €5 per day per lot will be charged.

We are not authorized to handle your shipments and accept no liability for delivery or shipping.
