ALEXANDRE LANDRE STRASBOURG is pleased to present the following sale Demeures AlsaciennesALEXANDRE LANDRE STRASBOURG is pleased to present the Demeures Alsaciennes sale, offering a selection of nearly 200 lots including jewelry, silverware and a group of objets d'art including a Buste de Diane by Alexandre FALGUIÈRE (1831-1900), a group of paintings including works by the artist Tomi UNGERER (1931-2019 ), a series of prints by Salvador Dali (1904-1989) and Niki de SAINT-PHALLE (1930-2002), as well as a magnificent canvas by César de COCK (1823-1904).

Deliveries from Tuesday 10 March 2026.

Cash and credit card within legal limits.

Cash payment within 15 days.

Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale.

Any adjudication slip remaining unpaid to the House or having been the subject of a delay in payment will result in the registration of the defaulting buyer in the TEMIS file.

Shipping :

Shipments are made on request via the service provider Enchères Expéditions :

devis@encheres-expeditions.fr / 03.58.23.01.00 or any other service provider of your choice.

We are not authorized to carry out your shipments and decline all responsibility for delivery and shipping.

Payment in cash within 7 days. Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale.

Delivery:

Lots are available for collection at 27, Rue du Maréchal Lefebvre - 67100 Strasbourg, Monday to Friday, 10am-12pm and 2pm-6pm.

Appointments must be expressly confirmed by e-mail to strasbourg@alexandrelandre.com, giving 24 hours' notice.

Lots sold are stored free of charge for 15 calendar days after the sale.

After 15 calendar days, a flat fee of €20 per slip will be charged.

After 30 calendar days, a fee of €5 per day per lot will be charged.

No lot will be delivered until full and effective payment of the slip and, where applicable, storage costs.

⚠ You must show proof of identity to collect your lots.

If you wish to collect your lot on behalf of someone you trust, you will need a power of attorney, as well as the buyer's ID.
