Art Nouveau & Art Deco Sale

Villa La Garenne in Liverdun, a masterpiece of Art Nouveau in Lorraine, will host an exceptional Art Nouveau and Art Deco auction on December 13, 2025. Organized by Maison de ventes Alexandre Landre ~ Nancy, the auction will feature a prestigious array of objects: vases, glassware, furniture, paintings and decorative pieces dating from the end of the XIXᵉ to the beginning of the XXᵉ century.

A partnership in the service of heritage and inclusion

The sale is organized in collaboration with the Nicolas Gridel Foundation, an institution committed since 1852 to the inclusion of people with disabilities.

The aim is to highlight the association and its project to restore the Villa La Garenne (€2.3m), with the aim of preserving its Art Nouveau décor and creating a modern venue (event spaces, adapted bedrooms, reception rooms).

Built for the Corbin family and designed by Weissenburger et Vallin, the villa is distinguished by its mosaics, woodwork and exceptional architectural lines. Its ambition is to become a prestigious, flexible venue for up to 300 guests.
