[Watches]

-Alexandre Landre will be pleased to provide buyers with a detailed report on the condition of the lots. Watches are sold in the condition indicated in the description. Each prospective bidder is responsible for examining each lot prior to the sale and relying on his or her own judgment to ascertain the characteristics. No claims will be accepted after the auction.

Watches have been serviced or repaired during their lifetime and may contain non-original parts. Items such as dials, cases and movements are marked as non-original. Repainted or restored dials are not reported, as this is a conservative measure and not a defect.

-The purchaser is solely responsible for any revisions, battery changes or other repair work that may be necessary. The operation of a watch is not guaranteed by Alexandre Landre.

-The watches are opened at the time of each expertise. Consequently, Alexandre Landre does not guarantee the water-resistance. We recommend to have the water-resistance checked by a competent watchmaker.

-The watches are sold without their papers and their box. If not, this is mentioned in the description.

[Delivery]

For the delivery of the lots it is possible:

-to come and collect the lot at the study after making an appointment.

-to have the lot sent to you:

The lots can be sent by Maison Alexandre Landre to the address of your choice according to the price list below (prices include VAT):

- bill < 1 000€ : 30€ France & EU / 55€ outside EU

- bill < 2 000€ : 45€ France & EU / 65€ outside EU

- bill < 5 000€ : 70€ France & EU / 85€ outside EU

- Slip > 5 000€ or with original box : on estimate ( horlogerie@alexandrelandre.com )

No delivery will be made without the preliminary payment of the entirety of the slip.

The lots sold are stored free of charge for a period of 30 calendar days after the sale.

After this period, a fee of 5 euros per day and per lot will be charged.

No lot will be delivered until full and effective payment of the bill of sale and, if applicable, the storage fees.

[Payment]

Payment in cash within a maximum of 15 days.

Cash within the legal limits, credit card and bank transfer.

Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale.

Any auction slip remaining unpaid to the House or having been the subject of a delay in payment will lead to the registration of the defaulting buyer in the TEMIS file.
