Payment :

Payment in cash within 7 days.

Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale. Any auction slip remaining unpaid to the House or having been the subject of a delay in payment will lead to the registration of the defaulting buyer in the TEMIS file.

Any rights of resale are at the buyer's expense.

Deliveries:

The lots are to be withdrawn in our premises, from Monday to Friday 9am-12pm and 2pm-6pm, respecting a 48 hours notice.

The lots sold are stored free of charge for a period of 30 calendar days after the sale. After this period, a fee of 5 euros per day and per lot will be charged.

From the 31st calendar day following the sale, the lots will be stored in our warehouse in Beaune and deliveries will be made by appointment expressly confirmed by email via the address beaune@alexandrelandre.com.

No lot will be delivered until full and effective payment of the slip and, if applicable, the storage fees.

Shipments can be made on request via the service provider Enchères Expéditions :
