Note:
With its butterfly motif and long antennae, this mirror perfectly illustrates the artistic language developed by Line Vautrin in the 1950s and 1960s. Using Talosel—a resin invented by Jean Decaux that became one of her favorite materials—the artist created works that blend precious materials, mirror fragments, and forms inspired by the natural world.
