Large Lyre clock in white and yellow marble, richly ornamented with finely chased and gilded bronzes such as garlands of flowers, draped garlands, rosettes and Acanthus leaves. The marble Lyre is surmounted by a radiant neoclassical mask from which a bronze pendulum symbolizing the strings of a lyre emerges, itself linked to a rhinestone crown. The porcelain dial features black enameled Arabic numerals and polychrome flower garlands. The dial is signed "Lenoir Paris". It stands on an oval marble base and four gilt bronze toupie feet. Movement engraved Paris and numbered 1686 Louis XVI style Circa 1860 H_76cm L_30cm Apparent operation
