A curved rosewood and satinwood veneered chest of drawers with an oak inlay. The straight uprights, rounded on the front, rest on cambered legs. Chased and gilded bronze trim: lock escutcheons, handles, apron, falls and sabots. Flanders red marble top with corbin. Stamped: MONDON (on the front right jamb) François MONDON(1694-1770) Cite maitre circa 1730. JME hallmark. Paris. Louis XV period H_78 cm W_80 cm D_46 cm Small accidents and missing pieces.
