SEILLIERE (Baron Frédéric) - Documents pour servir à l'histoire de la principauté de Salm en Vosges et de la ville de Senones sa capitale dans la seconde moitié du XVIII°siècle. Paris, Librairies-imprimeries réunies, 1898; in-folio, XXII-259 pp. bound in half blue cloth with corners, smooth spine, cover preserved, title-piece missing. Extremely rare work, as only 150 copies were printed. This copy is complete with printed serpents. All about the principality of Salm, still independent at the time of the French Revolution and the birthplace of three abbeys, one of which is famous for having sheltered Dom Calmet...
