Jean VENDOME (1930-2017). Nugget" necklace in 750-thousandths piqueted yellow gold, hinged and holding a pendant centered on a burnished cabochon citrine, set off by 6 platinum chaton-set brilliant-cut diamonds. Work from the early 60's Neck size: 42 cm Pull clasp and two safety latches. Pendant size (excluding bélière): approx. 5.5 x 4 cm. Necklace authenticated by Monsieur Thierry Vendôme. Master stamp: Vendôme column. Gross weight : 60 g The Pépite line, created in 1950, was worked by Jean Vendôme until the 1970s. The technique initially consists of boraxing gold wires, melting and sculpting them. The jeweler then hammers them into three-dimensional shapes.
