Brick-red field with Herati decoration: geometrically stylized diamond-shaped palmettes of flowers and foliage in polychrome. Symmetrical golden-yellow double medallions. Four pearl-gray spandrels with semis of multicolored stylized flower buds. Double interlaced borders of fine polychrome flower stems. Asia Minor. Turkey. Late 19th - early 20th century.
