Flat, curved desk in satin-finish veneer with contrasting frieze and amaranth decor, opening with three drawers in walnut. The curved top is sheathed in brown leather, surrounded by a molded moulding and spandrels. The curved belt rests on cambered and pinched feet. Ornamentation in chased ormolu with rocaille decoration: draw handles, clasps, falls, feet, set sabots and astragals. France. Louis XV period.
