Louis XV-style sloping desk in veneered wood and chased ormolu.
It opens with a brown leather-covered flap on the reverse, revealing six drawers and three sliding shelves revealing pigeonholes.
The top, the four sides and the flap are decorated with inlaid violet-wood flowering stems in frieze rosewood backgrounds.
Chased ormolu trim with rocaille motifs: lock escutcheons, frames, astragals, staples, falls and set sabots.
