Pierre Joseph LORTHIOR (1733-1813) after. Circular plaster bas-relief depicting Marie-Antoinette Queen of France in front of a coat of arms held by an angel and an cherub. Inscribed on the tower: "Marie Antoinette d'Autriche, Reine de France, 1774". Diameter: 11.8 cm. Pierre-Joseph Lorthior specialized in tokens and seals, and is also known to have engraved fine stones. In 1774, he produced Marie-Antoinette's large seal (Musée Carnavalet).
