A pair of ormolu and chased bronze andirons with antique-style decoration, featuring a fire pot adorned with three lion heads and garlands of flowers on a tripod base. It rests on a fluted and filleted column extended by double acanthus leaves and a frieze of rosettes. The whole is supported by small toupie feet on a molded base. Paris. Louis XVI period.
