In 1981 the reference 3800 is launched with a diameter of 37,5mm less imposing than the 3700.
From 1981 to 2006 the models are referenced in 4 series: The first series until 1988, the 2nd series until 1992, the 3rd series until 2006 (our model).
The version with black lacquered dial and applied Roman numerals index is not the most common. It has a central second unlike the 3700 and leaf hands that we are not used to see on this model.
