Large Indian rug. Decor reminiscent of Ardebil carpets. Wool velvet on cotton backing. Ivory field decorated with a mosaic of geometric floral buds, adorned with an old rose central medallion crowned with stylized flowers in the form of popped diamonds. Four spandrels reminiscent of the central medallion. Triple borders, the main one pinkish-beige with geometric floral bulbs. Circa 1970. Dimensions : 245 x 175 cm. Expert : Frank Kassapian
