Veneered chest of drawers with central recess, decorated with flowering vases on tobacco wood backgrounds, opening with two drawers with recessed rails. The uprights are straight, the fronts rounded, and rest on cambered, pinched feet.
Gilded bronze trim. Breche violette marble top.
Stamped C. TOPINOT. Charles Topino (circa 1742-1803). Appointed master on July 4, 1773. JME hallmark.
Paris, Transitional Louis XV-Louis XVI period.
