VITTOZ EUGENE ( 1818-1870 ) Renaissance style ewer in chased and silvered bronze with antique decoration of sea horses, putti, tritons and mermaids. Signed : VITTOZ, BRONZIER A PARIS. Eugène Vittoz is the son of the famous bronze worker VITTOZ (1818 - 1870). He took over the company in 1851, worked with Labrouë from 1852 to 1858 and Gautier in 1859.
