Flat curved desk in rosewood veneer and amaranth veneer opening with three drawers.
The curved top is covered with gilded leather with vignettes, in a banded surround of molded rosewood. Chased and gilt bronze trim such as side clasps, handles and entries of locks, falls and sabots.
Paris, Louis XV period.
A Louis XVI style desk chair with gondola back and swivel seat in molded and carved beechwood.
The armrests with cuffs, the consoles in cavets.
It rests on four tapered, fluted and filleted feet.
Green leather cover.
