The President of the Republic decrees: "article one. The French People are solemnly convened in their councils, on December 14 of this month, to accept or refuse the following plebiscite: The French People want the maintenance of the authority of Louis-Napoleon Bonaparte [...] ". Done at the Palais de l'Elysée, December 2, 1851. Poster 47 x 61 cm. Good condition (Wear of use: folds, small scattered tears on the edges). - BONAPARTE (Louis-Napoleon). Proclamation of the President of the Republic to the Army: "Soldiers!
