Demeures Alsaciennes

On the occasion of our Demeures Alsaciennes sale, we are delighted to present a rich selection of works of art and collectors' items, all from Alsatian homes and private collections, on Saturday May 23rd at 2pm.

Highlights include a Carrara marble bust of Hippocrates, a tapestry from the Manufacture Royale de Felletin, a gilded bronze mantelpiece with putti decoration, and an important Art Deco free-form executive desk.

This fine sale, featuring silverware, Asian art, bronzes, paintings, furniture and objets d'art, as well as a fine selection of philately, will enable everyone to find the historic piece that will sublimate their home.

We look forward to seeing you all at this not-to-be-missed event for art and heritage enthusiasts in the beautiful heritage setting that is Strasbourg.

Cash payment within 15 days.

Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale.

Any auction slip remaining unpaid to the House or having been the subject of a delay in payment will result in the registration of the defaulting buyer in the TEMIS file.

Shipping :

Shipments are made on request via the service provider Enchères Expéditions :

We are not authorized to carry out your shipments and decline all responsibility for delivery and shipping.

Payment in cash within 7 days. Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale.

Delivery:

Lots are available for collection at 27, Rue du Maréchal Lefebvre - 67100 Strasbourg from Monday to Friday, 10am-12pm and 2pm-6pm.

Appointments must be expressly confirmed by e-mail to strasbourg@alexandrelandre.com, giving 24 hours' notice.

Lots sold are stored free of charge for 15 calendar days after the sale.

After 15 calendar days, a flat fee of €20 per slip will be charged.

After 30 calendar days, a fee of €5 per day per lot will be charged.

No lot will be delivered until full and effective payment of the slip and, where applicable, storage costs.

⚠ You must show proof of identity to collect your lots.

If you wish to collect your lot on behalf of someone you trust, you will need a power of attorney, as well as the buyer's ID.
