Cash payment within 7 days.

Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale. Any auction slip that remains unpaid to the auction house, or that has been the subject of a delay in payment, will result in the registration of the defaulting buyer in the TEMIS file.

Any rights of resale are at the buyer's expense.

Delivery:

Lots can be collected from our premises from Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm and 2pm-6pm, with 48 hours' notice.

Lots sold are stored free of charge for 30 calendar days after the sale. After this period, a fee of 5 euros per day and per lot will be charged.

From the 31st calendar day following the sale, lots will be stored in our Beaune warehouse, and deliveries will be made by appointment only, expressly confirmed by e-mail to beaune@alexandrelandre.com.

No lot will be delivered until full and effective payment of the consignment note and, where applicable, storage charges.

Shipments can be made on request via the service provider Enchères Expéditions :

We are not authorized to carry out your shipments and decline all responsibility for delivery and shipping.
