Selling expenses

Buyers will pay the following fees in addition to the hammer price per lot:

- Auctioneer's fee: 25% incl. VAT

- Drouot additional costs: 1.8% incl. VAT

Droit de suite :

The buyer is responsible for payment of the droit de suite for any sale, at least equal to €750, of an original work by an artist represented by ADAGP.

Payment

Payment in cash within 7 days.

Any auction slip that remains unpaid to the auction house or has been the subject of a late payment will result in the defaulting buyer being reported to the Drouot platform.

After 15 calendar days, a flat fee of €20 per slip will be charged.

After 30 calendar days, a fee of 5€ per day and per lot will be charged.

No lot will be delivered until full and effective payment of the slip and, where applicable, storage costs.

Shipping :

Lots can be transported to and collected from our other auction houses:

Beaune : 3 rue de la Colombière / Paris : 53 rue de Bourgogne/ Semur-en-Auxois : 17 rue Buffon / Strasbourg : 27 rue du maréchal Lefèvre

Transport costs will be invoiced as follows (all taxes included):

- 5% of the total value of the lots

- + if only watches and/or jewelry are included = €30

- + if containing at least one item < 1m (width, height and depth) = €60

- + if containing at least one item of furniture > 1m (width, height or depth) and less than 1.5m = €150/furniture

- + if containing at least one piece of furniture > 1.5m (width, height or depth) = On quotation (within 48h)

For all other destinations, shipments can be made on request via Enchères Expéditions :

We are not authorized to carry out your shipments and decline all responsibility for delivery and shipment carried out by a third-party service provider.
